Black Monfish Tail (2kg up)
Our French Black Monkfish tails are caught off the famed coasts of Northern France and air-flown specially into Hong Kong by our trusted team. Each Piece is caught, processed, cleaned and individually quick frozen to keep its freshness to its utmost best. Black monkfsh tails are an extremely premium product with amazing texture and buttery taste. Its flesh is almost lobster like giving it the nickname the "poor mans Lobster" but holding its own with its taste and ease to cook.
Recipe Idea: Remove the skin by simply pulling it from the front towards the tail. Cut off the the tail parts usising scissors.Wrap the whole tail in pieces of bacon or pancetta. Roast in a hot oven for around 20-30 minutes

To Defrost / To Store
- Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
- Leave under running water for 30min
- Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days
